AI Use Policy

At CEO In Slippers, we use artificial intelligence (AI) tools thoughtfully to work faster and better for you, while keeping your information safe and a human firmly in charge. This policy explains how.

1. How we use AI

We may use trusted AI tools to help with things like drafting and editing content, research, brainstorming, summarising, organising information, and speeding up routine admin. AI helps us do more, in less time, for you.

2. A human is always in charge

AI supports our work; it does not replace our judgement. Anything produced with AI help is reviewed, edited and approved by a real person before it reaches you or your clients.

3. Protecting your information

We take your privacy seriously (see our Privacy Policy). We do not put sensitive personal information, passwords, banking details, or confidential client data into public AI tools. Any personal information is handled in line with POPIA.

4. Accuracy

AI can occasionally get things wrong. That is why we check facts and quality ourselves, so that what you receive is accurate and sounds like you.

5. Confidentiality

Your business information stays confidential. We choose our tools carefully and use them in a way that respects the trust you place in us.

6. Your choice

If you would prefer that we do not use AI tools in your work, just let us know and we will accommodate that wherever possible.
