Get focused help with the tools and tasks you want to learn. You do not need AI experience to start.
Who individual coaching is for
You work on your own, run a business or want personal support alongside the tools you already use. You may be getting started or finding that AI answers need too much correction.
We begin with what you want to improve. There is no need to choose a tool before that conversation.
What we can work on
- Understanding the basics of the AI tools relevant to your work.
- Explaining your task clearly and improving the instructions you give.
- Practising on an everyday business task using appropriate sample information.
- Checking the answer and deciding what needs a person’s judgement.
- Reviewing habits for protecting information and staying in control.
These are possible focus areas, not a fixed package. We discuss your needs before sending a proposal.
How the engagement is agreed
Tell us about your work, what you want to learn and where you are getting stuck. The proposal confirms the coaching scope, price, preparation and session arrangements before you commit.
Individual coaching is booked through the calendar, subject to availability. The introductory quick call is a conversation about your needs and a sensible next step.
What coaching does not replace
Coaching helps you understand and use AI in your work. It does not guarantee a particular income, productivity improvement or business result. Important outputs still need checking.
