Practical AI literacy and team training

Help your team use AI with more confidence and care. Training starts with the tasks people do and the guidance they need, whether they are new to AI or already using it.

What AI literacy means at work

AI literacy means understanding enough about AI to use it thoughtfully in your work. That includes giving clear instructions, recognising limitations, checking important answers and protecting information. People remain responsible for decisions and the work they share.

What the training can focus on

  • Understanding what AI tools do and why a confident answer may still be wrong.
  • Giving instructions that explain the task, context and result needed.
  • Checking important facts, sources and whether the answer fits the task.
  • Keeping private information out of unapproved tools.
  • Using AI in everyday work with appropriate human review.

The proposal sets out the topics, participants, preparation, session arrangements and price. We agree the content around your team’s needs rather than assuming everyone needs the same starting point.

Leadership and team readiness

People need to understand what AI means for their work before they can use it well. We help leaders and teams consider where AI fits, what guidance people need and where human judgement stays essential.

If your organisation needs a broader review before training, an AI Readiness Assessment is another starting point.

For beginners and teams already using AI

Beginners can start with the basics. A team already using AI may need more practice, clearer instructions or better checking habits. Tell us which tools people use and where they get stuck so we can discuss an appropriate scope.

For focused help with your own tasks, explore individual AI coaching.

Start with a skills and safety self check

The free AI skills and safety check helps you spot topics worth learning or reviewing. It has separate paths for people working on their own and organisation leaders.

This questionnaire is not a security audit, a training certificate or confirmation of POPIA compliance. Training does not replace your organisation’s policies or specialist advice where it is needed.
