What an AI Readiness Assessment is
An AI Readiness Assessment reviews your business information, tools and people to help identify where AI is useful and what needs attention first. It gives you a basis for deciding the next step, rather than starting with a tool recommendation.
What is included
- A review of the business information agreed for the assessment.
- Consultation calls to understand how the work gets done.
- A written report with recommendations sent by email.
- A booked meeting to discuss the report and the next step.
The proposal confirms the scope, information needed, delivery dates and price before work starts.
When this is a useful starting point
You have several ideas for using AI but need help deciding where to start. You may already have tools that are not giving you the value you expected, or a team that needs clearer guidance.
We discuss the work you want to improve, the information involved and what a useful result would look like. We also look at where people need to stay responsible for checking the work.
The free check and the paid assessment are different
The free AI readiness check uses 10 questions to suggest a starting point and three useful next steps. It is based on your answers. The paid assessment includes a detailed business review, consultation, a written report and a discussion meeting.
What happens after the assessment
We discuss the findings with you. If you want help putting recommendations into practice, we agree the scope separately. Implementation support, team training and individual coaching are available according to your needs.
An assessment does not guarantee a particular saving or business result. Implementation and software subscriptions are included only where the agreed offer says so.
