AI tools set up around your work
Move from trying tools to an agreed way of using them. We help you choose suitable tools and put them to work around the task your business needs help with.

Start with a specific task
A useful setup starts with the job to be done. We discuss the task, the information it needs, the people involved and what a good result looks like. Tool recommendations follow that discussion.
If you have several ideas and need help deciding where to start, an AI Readiness Assessment provides a more detailed review.
What implementation support can include
- Choosing tools against the agreed task, budget and working arrangements.
- Setting up the agreed tools and instructions.
- Considering account access, information and human review.
- Helping the team understand the agreed way of working.
- Ongoing support where it is included in the agreement.
The proposal sets out what will be delivered, what you need to provide, dates, price and any separate subscriptions. Your systems and accounts stay yours.
An illustrative client enquiry workflow
This example uses invented business details to show where a person checks an AI draft. It is not a client result or a measure of time saved.
- Define the task. A business owner wants help drafting a reply about a training enquiry.
- Use an appropriate input. Practise with a sample enquiry and approved service information. Leave out the real person’s contact details and confidential records.
- Draft within clear limits. Tell the tool which facts it can use and what it must leave for the business owner to confirm.
- Review before sending. A person checks the facts, tone and proposed next step, then sends the reply through the normal business channel.
Sample instruction
Draft a short reply to a business owner asking about team AI training. Use only this information: we discuss the team’s needs before preparing a proposal. Ask how many people need training and what they want help with. Do not invent a price, date or course package.
A suitable sample draft
Hi, thanks for asking about AI training for your team. How many people need training, and what would you like them to use AI for? That will help us discuss the right support before preparing a proposal.
What a person still needs to check
Confirm that the reply matches the enquiry, uses only approved information and asks the questions the business actually needs answered. AI should not send it automatically just because the wording sounds confident.
How we judge whether it is useful
For a trial task, compare time and quality with the existing process. Include preparation, checking and correction time. An output that arrives quickly is only useful if the full process and result meet the business need.
Agree the scope and review points before implementation. AI tools can make mistakes and do not guarantee a particular business result. Training or individual coaching can support the people using the setup.
